Water heater repair & installation
We have separate pricing for if you provide the water heater for replacement. We can check thermostat, and elements and replace if they are bad.
Bathroom fixtures
We install fixtures such as toilets, faucets, shower/tub valves, shower/tub trim, tub spouts. There is additional cost if we have to customize a drain to fit around drawers, ect. in vanity. Also this includes installing European made fixtures. Customizing Labor cost is $200Hr.
Yard Hydrants
We install, or rebuild your yard hydrant
Ice Maker lines/dishwasher lines/Garbage Disposals
We install ice maker lines for refrigerators, run dishwasher line/drain, and we install garbage disposals.
Water Filter Changes
We install water filter systems as well as schedule routine filter changes.
Water & Sewer pipe repair
We repair broken/cracked water/sewer pipe. We can run water/sewer pipe.
Troubleshooting leaks and clogs in sinks, toilets ,faucets, bathtubs, sewer pipes
Charles is a master at unclogging pipes. We have a sewer line machine as well as Augers, and hand cans for any size clog!
Repair/replace/install plumbing fixtures
Some fixtures can be rebuilt,(Moen, Delta) otherwise we can replace any fixtures that you need replaced.
